It has been a bit since I have posted mostly because the start of my fall classes. I am so happy with my classes this semester they include sculpting and welding ^_^ lets hope I don't burn myself to bad. I have fallen in love with the web site http://www.cutoutandkeep.net
And made my first tutorial on how to make a Slave Leia cosplay please check it out an let me know what you think.
The other day I went in to the book store and came out with the book Generation T: 120 Ways to Transform a T-Shirt and can't wait to start working on new things. While at the goodwill I stock piled my T-shirt collection thanks to the 99 cent sale (Yay goodwill ). So that is what has been going on with me. Oh and cross your fingers, my boyfriends dads birthday is this Monday hope he likes his gifts.

First pair of yoga pants I have made and I love them. Any one who loves to live in yoga pants like I do knows that they are way overpriced. Because of the high cost I only have two or three pairs, so when I found this tutorial I was so happy. It is such a cool idea to make yoga pants out of old shirts check out the How T0 off of this link.

This one came out much better than the first and went much faster.
I am much more happy with the seams in this one I can't wait to give them to my boyfriend's dad ^_^.

Yay I finally got done with my first ever Doo rag. It was interesting making this, I learned that I am not good at hemming for one thing. But I think it came out rather well and hope my second doo rag will go faster and just all around better. Let me know what you think.

Okay so still working on the doo rag. Sadly didn't work allot on it today (it was not a fun day) but I
got it all together now all I have to do is finish hemming it and i should be done. WOOT!
I'm thinking that for my second Doo rag I will make a how to video.

My boyfriends biker dad is turning 50! what to make what make.. two words doo rag. I found a site with a Free pattern and a tutorial, the pattern so far is working well but I chucked the tutorial out the window after about a hour or two of trying to understand it. I just crossed my fingers and did what I thought would be good. I'm still working on it but I will be posting photos soon.

So I have benn jumping in to sewing for about a month or so now. I have made a few hats and am now working on a doo rag for my bf dad. This blog will be my way of sharing my work and the cool sites I find. ^_^
